This website exists only to market to those who require legal services from an attorney licensed in Virginia and who wish to enter into an agreement subject to Virginia law. Nothing contained on the site is an offer to perform legal services in any other jurisdiction.
CASE RESULTS DEPEND UPON A VARIETY OF FACTORS UNIQUE TO EACH CASE, AND ANY CASE RESULTS REFLECTED ON THE SITE DO NOT GUARANTEE, WARRANTY, OR PREDICT A SIMILAR RESULT IN ANY FUTURE CASE.
You should consult with an attorney (e.g., via telephone or in-person interaction) regarding your circumstances. You agree that the information and illustrations provided on the Site such as reviews, testimonials, answers to frequently asked questions, and entries in the BaryLaw blog are neither intended to provide individual legal advice to you in any way nor to create an attorney-client relationship with you.
Submission of your data, including without limitation your name, email, phone number, or other sensitive data (collectively, "your Data") through this Site provides your consent to our processing of your Data as indicated and by these Terms and Conditions. This consent explicitly includes the stated purposes indicated on the Site, such as for scheduling an appointment or requesting that we contact you. Your submission further indicates consent to submitting, processing, receiving, and transmitting your Data. Beyond the purposes stated on the Site, you specifically consent to our review and response to your submission, consent to be added to our database for conflicts of interest and other internal business purposes, and consent for the firm to use the information supplied to make contact with you via email or phone for important communications or announcements from the firm. Use of the Site, regardless of whether you receive or submit information or the nature of the data received or submitted, does not create an attorney-client relationship with Bary W. Hausrath or BaryLaw. An attorney-client relationship will only be created after an initial web conference or in-person consultation with a duly appointed representative of BaryLaw, an appropriate conflict of interest check, and then only by 1) the specific consent of the duly authorized representative of BaryLaw evidenced by a handwritten signature manually affixed or a digital or electronic signature affixed to a written retainer agreement or engagement letter similarly signed by you, and 2) payment of any required initial deposit or retainer and your fulfillment of any other conditions stated in the retainer agreement or engagement letter.
If BaryLaw already represents a party whose interests are adverse to your interests (and therefore has a conflict of interest that would preclude our representation of your interests), any information you submit via this website may be used by BaryLaw in furtherance of the representation of our existing client(s) and will not disqualify BaryLaw from representing its existing clients.
